We planted our strawberries in KatOva pots in March 2021.
After doing research on the kind of strawberries to plant in this region according to literature, we decided to plant Albion strawberries. We purchased our strawberry seedlings as “frozen seedlings” from Nevşehir. In about 180 sq m area, we planted 2860 seedlings on 143 poles that each have 5 pots with 4 planting holes. We used cocopeat and perlite mixture (80% cocopeat and 20% perlite). The pots have an overhead irrigation system.
After thoroughly rinsing the seedlings in fresh water, we dipped in Allegro mix, and cut the extra roots and leaves before planting. (10 March 2021)
We fed the strawberries with Organic Strawberry Feed Liquid Fertilizers A and B. Initially we watered them twice each 3 minutes, later we extended the period to 4 and 5 minutes per watering. In addition, we fed them with other organic fertilizers through the drip system and leaf application every 10 and 15 days respectively.

And the best part, we stared to eat them!!!
